Their service and care are excellent

Both my wife and I have used the services of Alington Dental for several years. Their service and care are excellent both in the dental repair and hygienist. Although the surgery is not local to us, we believe that the reassurance that we have from their treatment is worth the extra journey.

I arrived late because of horrendous traffic problems but had managed to phone. I was immediately put at ease and given time to compose myself. All the treatment was fully explained to me by Simon including the possibility that it might have to be done in two stages but in fact everything went to plan and Simon was very pleased with the outcome having done a sinus graft and implant. It was uncomfortable at times but not unbearable.

The experience was excellent

Initially looking for a second opinion this was my first appointment at Alington Dental.
The experience was excellent and I was very satisfied with the advice given. I expect to receive follow-up appointments shortly. All staff were very friendly.

As always I am in and out of the country so I like any appointment immediately if possible. The receptionists are always helpful and friendly. I like my dentist and he always does a very professional job and informs me in a gentle manner on dental advice.
I am very happy with my visits and hope my dentist will stay for a long period.

A friend recommended this practice and everything about it, from the moment you walk through the door, is excellent. The staff on reception are welcoming, friendly and helpful. I saw Simon Belford regarding an implant and he took time to explain my options and made me feel very relaxed and reassured that I was in good hands. I have been happy with my current dentist at a different practice that I have been with for over 20 years, but am so impressed with Alington Dental that I am seriously considering changing to this practice permanently. I didn't realise that such technology existed and the ability to have everything sorted at one practice, rather than being referred elsewhere for more complicated treatment, is a huge bonus.
