Alington Dental are a highly proficient and well organised dental practice who put patients first and strive to give a first class service at all times.

I thought I would need a new retainer but the dentist was able to adapt my existing one, so I was very pleased.

My procedure (s) at Alington Dental involved the drilling of two holes into the lower jawbone and inserting the posts in preparation for implant teeth. This was a lengthy procedure, during which I felt no pain. The dentist and his lovely assistant kept me fully informed at every stage. Unusual for dental surgeries, the atmosphere from the initial reception experience through to the procedure completion was pleasant. The follow through telephone call and email to see if I was OK, were excellent. I thoroughly recommend Alington Dental.

I have been registered with this dental surgery for years. I had a really positive experience yesterday with both the hygienist and dentist. I felt really listened to and they did their best to deal with my issues. The outcome was very good.

General check up - identified possible issues - discussed options with me to make sure was happy with having xrays taken, and that was comfortable with the cost. very good service. Would definitely recommend.

I cannot praise the receptionist, Vicky, highly enough. I have been waiting for a hospital appointment since last October and over the past couple of months Vicky has been extremely helpful in trying to chase it up - especially yesterday, when I attended for a routine check-up and hygienist attention (which were both very satisfactory).

Sometimes had to wait a while for my appointment to start but I understand that sometimes appointments take longer than expected. Also I've sometimes been slightly late and if they were to become more fastidious about their schedule I might have lost my slot. So I don't know if I want them to them to score 5 for the waiting time!
I really like the technology they use. Particularly the use of screens for showing me my x-rays and CT scans. Seeing the situation for myself and the proposed work superimposed on it and being able to traverse it in 3D with the dentist does much more to reassure me and to reduce my anxiety than any number of words could do.
As I am in the middle of the process to give me a new tooth, it is difficult to say how satisfied I am with the outcome. This is the reason I have not filled in previous surveys that were sent to me at even earlier stages. I have given it 5 stars on the ground that I have been treated very well, been given a complete support kit, it has not caused me pain or discomfort so far and that based the dentists description it is going well so far.

I was very impressed with the service from start to finish. From the lovely way the receptionist phoned me back to arrange an urgent appointment when I was in significant pain, to the treatment the dentist (Tomas) gave, to keep me going till I could arrange a later appointment to deal with the problem I had.

I felt very comfortable and at ease as soon as I walked through the door. I am usually very nervous going to the Dentist, but everyone was very friendly and it didn't smell or feel like a Dentist, either in the very comfortable waiting room or in the surgery. I found my lady Dentist, Caroline to be very friendly,she put me at ease and talked me through everything she was doing.
