My dentist was lovely
The receptionist fitted me in at short notice as I had a broken tooth. She was very polite and friendly on the phone. On arrival I didn't wait long to be seen. As always my dentist was lovely, he repaired my tooth and I was able to book future appointments. I have been using the same dentist for 30 years and they have always been very kind and friendly at Alington Dental Practice.

The Reception staff were efficient, although I wouldn't say that they were necessarily that warm or friendly.
It was a short wait to be seen and the Dental Assistant who came out to call me was very smiley and welcoming. The Dentist was also very friendly and did his utmost to put me at ease, especially as he was aware that visiting the Dentist makes me feel anxious. He explained everything at length and I felt confident in his experience and expertise. I felt able to ask questions and raise concerns. The Dentist had a warm and empathetic manner and I felt in safe hands. I would definitely recommend an appointment with him, for any nervous or anxious patients.
