I find reception staff friendly, efficient and polite. My dentist Thomas is a true precessional and provides great confidence in his diagnosis, attention to detail and general advise. He is very friendly and polite and in fact the best dentist I have had. I would absolutely recommend him. \nMichael Hinam

It is a lovely practice, very clean and hygienic. The staff are very friendly, genuine and supportive. My appointments are always on time. The procedures I have had done were carried out following the most sterile and hygenic practice and I was informed of my treatment plan in advance. The dentist (Simon) gave me details of the procedure and talks me through it step by step. I have been using this practice for 25 yrs and wouldn\'t change my dentust.

Saw my teeth, checked them. Good. Hygienist cleaned teeth, removed plaque, cleaned them, good. Paid fortune, now averting poverty, not so good. Do you have a scale for rating patients? Is it repeatable?
