Uncomfortable wait
Please inform patients at checkin that there will be a delay. I would have appreciated going for a stroll rather than sitting on a few (not enough) uncomfortable chairs in the hallway. I don't understand why the waiting room has not been re-opened now.

This was due with my hygienist and dentist. Dentist identified a gum problem due to a lack of cleaning technique on my back molar. Hygienist resolved and provided special brush with advice on technique. Dentist also identified a cracked filling, confirmed by an X-ray. Appointment made for replacement filling; carried out within a few days.

The best dental experience ever
As for so many of us, dental visits are something we would rather not have to endure and those of us who are a certain age expect to hear ‘could have done better’ regarding the care of our teeth.
