There was a bright and cheerful atmosphere when I entered the Waiting area and on checking in was welcomed by the Receptionist in a pleasant manner.
The Hygienist and her assistant carried out a full cleansing treatment with great efficiency in preparation for my immediate appointment with the Dentist, Mr Thomas Skalberg for a thorough examination and was carried out with careful consideration and advice regarding future treatments.

I am always anxious in any dental appointment including the hygienist. It was the first time in a long time since I have been to the hygienist. She was a lovely lady who saw my anxiety and allayed my fears telling me we could stop if I needed to as often as we needed to. She gave me tips on how to improve my routine. Amazingly she cleaned and polished my teeth and the stains have all gone! Fantastic!

I attended my first appointment at the dental surgery. Receptionist were friendly and attended to all my future appointments with ease.

My appointment was on time and the two ladies treating me were very professional in their manner conducting the business. They gave encouragement for things I had done well in the care of my teeth and politely suggested areas where I could improve. It is now up to me to take heed!
