Emergency appointment
I was seen by Tomas 9/8/23 as an emergency (my dentist Nimal was on holiday) having suffered toothache for past 2 weeks. He gave me advice and fluoride toothpaste and said he would see me again if no improvement. I contacted the practice 10/8/23 and had a further appointment 11/8/23. I'm a nervous patient and Tomas put me at ease with his calm and professional approach. He removed my old crown and gave me a temporary filling until I can see my regular dentist for further treatment. I can't praise this practice enough from the polite and friendly reception staff to the dentists. An excellent practice which I would highly recommend.

A pleasure to deal with
After suffering for nearly 3 years and being let down by my NHS dentist, I was recommended by a friend who has used Alington Dental, I had bad experiences with dentists in the past until I met the very nice dentist who I felt so relaxed with.
I am not an easy patient but he dealt with me with compassion and politeness, nothing was too much bother, his assistant was great, the whole experience was relaxing and professional and for dentists who I am petrified of, a pleasure to deal with, I will be using them for future events and will strongly recommend Nimal to everyone I know, big thank you to the staff front to back for their courtesy and making the whole experience a pleasure.

Lisa, the hygienist was excellent, no pain in the cleaning, good job done.
Beyond the call of duty, she strongly advised me to see my GP about some facial numbness and mentioned TIA and Bell's Palsy. Here we are 24 hours later, excellent job by Royal Bournemouth scans etc and it turns out to be Bell's Palsy, with medication. Thank you Lisa.
