The appointment went as expected and the dentist and assistant treated me with kindness and respect throughout. Despite 6 filling replacements and a front crown, the process was comfortable and pain management excellent. When I had a minor issue following this two and a half hour procedure I was given an appointment to sort the problem out the morning after I contacted the practice. Great service.

Treatment of abscess under tooth
I had a painful throbbing abscess and was relieved that Simon could see me so promptly to deal with this. I am not even his patient, but on 3 occasions recently he has dealt with my problems in the absence of my official dentist.

I have been to visit Alington Dental Surgery for well over 10 years now & all the staff are polite & efficient. The treatment I receive is very thorough & of top quality.
The staff also take all the right precautions for my safety, regarding covid-19.
I have several medical conditions & mobility problems, too. They never rush me & are very understanding about this.

Broken tooth repair
Two recent appointments. For a large, then another for smaller piece of tooth breaking off. The helpful receptionists each time managed to secure a quick appointment with Caroline, whose fillings, beautifully done, are much nicer than what was there before.

Calm, reassuring manner
I am always happy to visit Allington Dental knowing that I will be well looked after. My latest appointment was simply for a checkup and polish, and confirmed that all was well. My only disappointment is that Caroline Willcocks, my dentist, is moving on and I will very much miss her calm, reassuring manner when treatment is more invasive.
