All staff were very friendly and welcoming. Very pleased with dental treatment. Both dental and hygienist appointments were very thorough and am pleased with the work done.

As professional and friendly as ever
Met at the door, Covid checks done. Only a couple of minutes wait before seeing the dentist. Caroline was professional and friendly as ever and put me at my ease. Treatment was sensitively and carefully carried out and I left feeling glad that I had gone.

Tooth extraction
Not a great thing to go through, but this was done as painlessly as it could have been. Not just that, but information given all the time, giving absolute reassurance. Very pleased to be back at this practice!
So pleased to be able to return to Simon as my dentist from another local practice! Knowledgeable and very easy to communicate with; saved a tooth with a simple filling, that previous dentist wanted to extract; calm and careful manner and reassured in good hands.
Hygienist appointment also went well - easy to communicate with and very thorough.
Manager did very well with covering reception duties, Covid precautions, etc when short-staffed.

I feel that I am in competent hands
I recently attended for a routine checkup. I felt Caroline was very thorough. She also cleaned my teeth so that an additional visit to the hygienist was not necessary and answered queries I had about previous treatments. Caroline is always friendly but professional and I feel that I am in competent hands.
