Very thorough check up and advice

I am very pleased to have returned to Alington Dental, following two years of NHS treatment, which was OK but not nearly as thorough as the examination I received from dentist Caroline Willcocks.
It has been impossible to get an appointment with the NHS and I am feeling much happier now that I have switched back. I received a very thorough check up and advice.

I can trust them 100 percent

Its very difficult to find a dentist that we can trust, I tried to find a good dentist for more than 2 years and finally I found my one. Im very happy with the job I had done and I can trust them 100 percent.

Filling and long overdue clean and polish

I am a very nervous patient and Caroline was very gentle and concerned about how I was feeling during the whole session. I felt very relaxed with her and am very happy with the dental work that has been done.

Alington Dental just get it 'right'

Alington Dental just get it 'right'. The team are professional to the core and yet manage to create a friendly, informal atmosphere. Everything is explained about treatments, including the cost. I would recommended them without reservation.

New to area but very pleased I opted for Allington practice. I get the impression they work hard at getting things RIGHT first time. From reception to the actual dental work and all the bits between I was impressed and pleased and made to feel so very comfortable. I can think of nothing that was not totally professional but with a bit of the “extra mile “ added in for good measure it’s like being treated by an old friend. So thank you all and well done.

Assessment of painful problem

Reception staff, friendly and efficient, professional but not hurried, I felt I mattered, Thomas was his usual calm confident self, explained his diagnosis clearly, showed me my X-rays, not that they meant much, offered me antibiotics for the pain, which I declined, knowing that I’ll be ok in a weeks time, I can manage the discomfort , all in all a successful visit, and I think I was seen on time
