Understanding and efficient

I broke a tooth while eating, so I rang to book an appointment. I spoke to Laura, who was extremely professional, understanding and efficient. As promised she rang back the following morning with a possible appointment time for later that day, which I accepted.
Despite a full diary for that day, Thomas kindly fitted me in to look at my tooth, which he did. He quickly and efficiently placed a temporary filling and advised me to book an appointment to get it fixed up permanently.
Many thanks to Laura, Thomas and his dental assistant for helping me out.

Courteous and friendly

As usual, the surgery staff were following all Covid 19 safety procedures. The appointment was for an assessment scan on whether I could have an implant to replace a missing tooth or whether a bridge would be needed. Staff were informative and, as always, courteous and friendly.
