His confidence was very reassuring

This was a major operation, for me anyway. Simon explained again in detail what was involved before starting and his confidence was very reassuring. His assistant made sure I was comfortable during the preparation and subsequent work. They were both very professional throughout a 2 hour session during which 4 implants were made. That evening and the following day the receptionist telephoned to ensure that I was ok. A week later and my gums are healing well. Looking forward to getting the stitches out next week. Many thanks to both of you for looking after me so well.

Made to feel very welcome

I was made to feel very welcome by the receptionist and my appointment was on time.
I was impressed that the Hygienist had already reviewed by notes before I got in the chair so I felt that I was known and was able to discuss my particular problems without having to go back over recent treatment and history.

Few people like going to the dentist but I have 100% confidence in Simon. I have had several implants and the treatment has been completely painless. Extremely thorough as always

This was a routine appointment with Mr Belford and the hygienist and both were extremely thorough as always. On this occasion Mr Belford found no work was required and the hygienist did a full inspection and cleaning. Both were kind enough to say that I was looking after my teeth well, and to continue with the good work. Very satisfactory!
