Thorough inspections and helpful advice
On time joint check up appointments with both Dentist and Hygienist, thorough inspections and helpful advice given. Thomas responded to a minor issue and resolved it straight away avoiding the need for a follow up appointment. Liz always keeps me up to date with the latest developments on tooth and gum hygiene. Very happy!

I really value her care
My heart always sinks when asked to comment or leave a feedback for anything!
However, I cannot fault the reminders I am given before an appointment. Both receptionists are always friendly and helpful and I appreciate seeing the same faces at the desk each time as they understand what a coward I am and sympathise!
My dentist Carrie Wilcox is always delightful and her examinations and treatment thorough. She has done more for the health of my teeth and gums than any previous dentist and I really value her care.

As always, receptionist was very welcoming. Inspection by Miss Willcocks was very thorough, and she did a great job on my partial denture which I had been unable to tolerate because of the pain involved in fitting it . Now pain free! Very satisfied.

Involvement
I am most interested in my teeth as I know there is a real risk of infection pertaining to that area. Recent research by the New Scientist, is suggesting a connection to a demise in brain's ability to remain stable in old age (I am 75 in May 2019). Interaction with my Swedish friend is essential in this respect.
The cleaning is equally important together with advise, though not so critical.
