Calm and professional

If 'going to the dentist' was always as calm and professional, then everyone would go as often as they should! When I have to go, I have complete confidence in what I am told and the treatment provided, and the support staff could not be more helpful or pleasant. And that is all said with 40 years of experience of this practice!

Very good service provided, in at 8.45 and back at 15.00 to collect and fit altered dentures - no problems at all. Miss Caroline Wilcox is always gentle in her practice.

A little early for comment as this is only my second appointment with you, but I was pleased that the appointment was on time, and then how Tomas explained the treatment he was going to do and carried it out with minimum discomfort. The Post Treatment Instructions were helpful too. Perhaps the only negative is the lengthy wait for appointments, especially for the Hygienist, but I guess thats down to me getting into a pre-booking routine.
