I was nervous about my appointment but felt surprisingly relaxed during the whole procedure. Simon explains everything well, and his assistant, Sam, is great, too. The receptionist, Vickie, is always friendly and helpful.

It couldn’t have been better

Inspite of a long time in the chair, I still felt completely relaxed and comfortable. The staff are very courteous, friendly but unfailingly professional. As dental appointments go, it couldn’t have been better!

I had a great experience as usual. I've used the dental practice for year always with the same practitioner other than when she was on maternity leave and I could not speak highly enough of the practice or it's staff.

Very detailed first examination

Very detailed first examination, and an extra x-ray when more detail was required. The dentist listened to my worries and dental history and then realised that the filling I had come in for was actually a case of a root canal replacement to save the tooth. Needless to say the previous NHS dentist I had seen offered to fill or remove the tooth. Very glad I came in!

Crown root removal

Totally painless at the time, though recovery is not so simple - much improved however once I learned that co-codamol was ineffective. Healing of the gum is taking some time but I am coping with it.
