Always excellent!
I used to be terrified of going for a dental visit, I still have to take Diazepam even for a check up. Allington Dental is an excellent practice and the care I receive starts before I enter the building. Once through the door I am greeted by the Reception staff (most often Vicky) who always makes sure I am feeling ok. Ms Willcox, my Dentist, is amazing. She always checks to see if I have taken my Diazepam, she is calm, and patient, and carries out her work with the utmost care. The dental nurses are also excellent and take into account my worries and anxieties. I am forever grateful to be a patient of Allington Dental, it is the only practice that has managed to get me to attend regular check ups and over the 15 or so years I have been a patient they have helped me reduce my phobia and anxiety levels to a point where I always leave the practice smiling...sometimes a little wonky If I've had my mouth numbed!

Both kind and caring
My husband and I are new patients to Alington Dental and we were advised that we would be seeing the Dentist - Carrie. We immediately found her to be both friendly and professional. After just the first appointment we felt sure we would be in safe hands! I subsequently attended to have a tooth removed. Caring, respectful and professional
I telephoned the practice at 8.30am as I was in pain with a tooth which I had recently lost part of. I was seen at 10.15am the same day. The dentist explained to me what my options were regarding treatment. His main concern was that I wouldn't be in pain over the weekend. After making my decision (based on the dentists advice) as to which course of action to take the dentist started treatment. I was put at ease immediately by the dentist and the dental nurse who have always been so friendly and caring. The problem was sorted out and I am no longer in pain. I have another appointment in 5 weeks. I have been coming to this dental practice for many years and I cannot recommend them highly enough. All the staff are always extremely friendly, helpful, caring, respectful and professional.
