Straightforward, reassuring
I think the tooth removal was done efficiently and care was taken. I was apprehensive beforehand about what the procedure would involved but was pleased it was straightforward and went well and the practitioner was reassuring.

Very good service
Very good dentist. I had a referral for a tooth extraction. The dentist explained everything he was going to do very clearly. A severely decayed tooth was extracted in 10mins. Very good service from the staff also.

They kept me calm
Had wisdom tooth removal and not had a good experience through previous NHS wisdom tooth removal but they kept me calm and was finished in 20 minutes or so.

Helpful and welcoming staff. The dentist and assistant did there best to make me feel at ease before a tooth extraction. Both were friendly and thoroughly professional throughout. When I phoned, I got straight through to the reception team who were friendly and helpful.
