Everything was fully explained by the dentist and nurse in respect of the procedure and the process and they answered any questions I had, I didn't feel a thing. It was explained to me in respect of the recovery process. I felt happy and at ease , thank you .

Lovely staff
Lovely welcoming staff, lovely practitioner that completed my treatment and I was super embarrassed about my chipped tooth and missing tooth but the lady made me feel super comfortable and most importantly completed what needed doing and supported me hopefully get into an nhs dentist by telling me a few that are taking on, thank you so much.

About 4 months ago I came to Ray and Ravat for wisdom tooth extraction and it was a very good experience. The dentists were so amazing, professional and helpful. Fast forward to yesterday I had to go back with my husband to get our tooth checked .The dentist provided a clear and thorough explanation of the procedure, detailed instructions about each step and addressing all our questions. We had an excellent experience and would highly recommend them. Fast forward to 10/03/25 we met the hygienist and she did a great job for us.

I was given a different time on booking the appointment according to my diary which was great but upon arrival it was a different time due to which I had to return after, which I still didn't mind but returning on the same day rushing around I had to again wait over 20 mins to be seen. I would normally never write a review of such but in the past the practice took off my son for just missing an appointment due to six form and said you have rules that apply and if I was late in no condition would the dentist see me? ...there should be a bit more tolerance toward patients too, thanks.

I went for new dentures and when I came to taking them out the metal bar on them pulled my cap off the tooth the metal bar was near and I had said I thought this might happen so I didn't really what the metal bar on it.

Visited the emergency dentist, she was really lovely and non judgemental however when she advised I go to A&E she didn’t mention which Hospital would be best and when I did go they were shocked that I had not had an X-ray done.
