My visit to Ravat & Ray Bradford was good. Ms Roopashree Shetty always makes me feel at ease as I have a big phobia of the dentist. Ms Shetty explains the procedures thoroughly and only carries out work according to my wishes. If I had to see a different person, I would really struggle. So thank you so much Ms Shetty.

Exceptional care
I attended yesterday with my kids. The dentist and assistant nurse provided exceptional care. They were attentive, professional, and made my kids feel at ease. However, the receptionist's professionalism fell short. She was wearing a hoodie which was covering her eyes. I didn’t feel very welcomed coming into this as it seemed out of place and unprofessional in a medical setting to be dressed like that. However, the care from the rest of the dental team more than made up for this.

Came for a checkup and some new dentures, cast was taken and check up done thoroughly and new appointment given and advice on dental care, cannot fault anything, excellent.

Booked appointment for pain in tooth. Dentist was running behind schedule. Was sent with no treatment. Was informed they don't have the necessary equipment. Since been taking over from Ravat and Ray dissatisfied by the patient care I have received.
