I am not usually a patient here, but I came in for a private appointment because I was having serious gum problems. From the moment I arrived, the staff were professional, welcoming, and attentive. They carried out all the necessary procedures carefully and explained everything clearly throughout the appointment.
They completed a full dental check-up, thoroughly assessed my gums, and performed a deep cleaning treatment. The difference afterwards was noticeable almost immediately. The swelling in my gums has gone down significantly, and my mouth feels much healthier and cleaner. My gums honestly feel as good as new.
I was genuinely impressed with the level of care and attention I received, especially as a first-time private patient. The treatment was efficient, thorough, and made a huge improvement to my gum health. I only wish these were my regular dentists because the care I received was outstanding. I would definitely recommend them to anyone dealing with gum problems or looking for professional dental treatment.

Treats me with dignity and respect
My dentist (Sarah Kingsley) always greets me with a welcoming smile. During treatment, she pauses and asks if I’m ok which is important as it shows her concern for my comfort which makes me feel safe. She also gives advice on how I can improve my dental care and also praises me when she sees the improvement. Sarah also treats me with dignity and respect which makes me feel valued as a patient and a human which means a lot to me. Thank you Sarah.

I had an absolutely horrible experience today. My appointment was at 11.40 and I was seen almost an hour later. Upon asking the receptionists as to when we'd be seen, we were only told that we were next, not informing us that there's an emergency. I was extremely disappointed with their unprofessionalism.
