Extraction
My appointment was about on time. The dentist assured me that there would be no pain during the extraction. I felt no pain and the tooth was removed quickly. The dentist and staff were very pleasant, I was very happy with the service.

The staff randomly cancel your appointments and put you in for a day without your permission and not knowing if you’re free, the dentists have you waiting a while and are never on time for appointments.

I cannot fault my visit. The staff upon arrival were professional and friendly.
Although I was on time, my surgeon was unfortunately held up in traffic due to a RTA. I stayed, and waited over an hour out of choice.
As soon as he arrived I was seen, and he was lovely - very attentive and informative.
I would be more than happy to be seen at this practice again.

My experience
My main issue is that I registered with this practice when they first opened together with other members of my family. Until recently I have had to make appointments as I had a bleeding problem and I am told I will be treated as a "private patient" which they don't explain means. I pay as I work full time however classing me as a private patient and then charging me double is not on but I have to do it to be seen. Even though I paid extortionate amounts I had to wait 3 months for appointment and in that time look after bleeding gums and painful teeth myself. It's not good.

Fabulous
Absolutely brilliant, put me at ease from the minute I walked into reception as I was crying, I'm petrified of dentists and needles/ injections. The surgeon and his nurse were fabulous, just reassuring me, talking to me every step of the way. Can't thank them enough.
