Dr. Roopa is very cooperative and patient. Loved her service.

Prior to my visit, I had sent detailed x-rays taken from a hospital to the dentist and asked the receptionists to query if the dentist could perform my wisdom tooth removal to save me from a wasted visit.
I was told that this was done and so booked in my appointment. On the day of the appointment I was left waiting for over an hour from my scheduled appointment.
The dentist then explained they were unable to perform the wisdom tooth removal - they had also not been shown the detailed x-rays I had sent in.
So the entire service and waiting around was insufficient.

I was very worried about coming to the dentist as i have had a bad experience at another dentist, but i needn't have worried as i was put as ease and every thing was explained fully.

All staff was very friendly and dentist was amazing. He removed one of my wisdom teeth after giving me instructions for care afterwards. Thanks to all of the staff.

I had wisdom tooth removed, which I was very nervous about, but the Dentist and Dental nurse made this as pleasant as possible, and within 5 minutes it was removed virtually pain free.

Confusion around what my visit was supposed to entail and then got into a financial mess with no one apparently knowing what my treatment should cost .. with a lot of back and forth. Unnecessary stress for a customer and must do better.

About a year ago my regular dentist left and I have been receiving treatment from a new dentist. I’m 8 months pregnant and I would imagine my dentist being understanding enough to realise that I don’t want to be going back and forth for a simple check up. All I come to the dentist for is a clean every 6 months, I was overdue for a clean as I had to cancel due to pregnancy issues. When I finally arrived at my rescheduled appointment the dentist didn’t bother doing anything not even a clean which really had me wondering why I wasted my time and energy coming to the appointment. When you’re 8 months pregnant, normal tasks become very difficult and I would have appreciated it if my dentist gave me the clean that I came for. During pregnancy the gums become sensitive, inflamed and even bleed sometimes when flossing etc due to this very slight inflammation of my gums my dentist refused to clean my teeth and instead rebooked me in august which is a risky time for me as I will be due very soon. Anything can happen at this stage of my pregnancy and I just felt neglected and like the fact that I was pregnant was not even acknowledged by my dentist. My previous dentist was great and I never had any issues whatsoever, but with this new dentist there’s always an issue that she points out with my teeth, not to mention she doesn’t properly clean my teeth as I would like them cleaned. I figured I’d let it slide the first and even 2nd time but it is now a regular occurrence and I don’t need to put up with that kind of behaviour. I’m writing this review after having multiple negative experiences with this dentist, I’m always polite and don’t like to argue but being heavily pregnant and having to deal with neglect isn’t something I will stay quiet about. It shouldn’t be an issue to give a patient a simple clean if they ask for it. Sending a patient away without providing the service they expected is bound to be frustrating. Thanks.
