Very professional in explaining in detail everything that they were doing, the dentist's nurse explained all about the x-ray in which you stand up and the camera rotates around your head, then the dentist told me about x-rays in detail. Excellent service.

My experience
For patients with visiting a dentist and high anxiety it's not fair to book a 10 minute checkup but was supposed to be a 30 minute follow up for a procedure that now can't take place and needs another visit for this.
They should book appointments correctly for correct procedure when its follow up.

My experience
I went to have a wisdom tooth removed but as I am on warfarin I was told it was too high to have it done. Why didn’t they ask me about this before I went for the appointment? As I had filled in the forms but there was nothing on there about it and no one contacted me. I left work early and travelled to get there what a waste of time. I would not want to go here again.

I have been referred for a tooth extraction, it was a big tooth and I was feeling very anxious. The Dentist and the Nurse where both brilliant, keeping me informed throughout the process and ensuring that I didn't feel too uncomfortable. Last time I had an extraction I have done it privately, and I can say the service provided by this practice was of the same standard. A big thank you.

I was very nervous as this was a referral. I’m used to my own dentist and don’t like change. However both the dental nurse and the dentist were lovely and put me at ease. The root was extracted quickly and efficiently, thank you.

Treatment was good
Appointment itself was very good. However they kept changing my appointment time. I had 4 emails during the week. Each time bringing the appointment back by 5 mins. This has to stop. I booked the appointment so I could come after work. When I got to the appointment the receptionist advised i was late which clearly wasn’t the case. This has to change. The dentist treatment itself was really good.
