Regular check up
The dental practitioner did an X-Ray and explained it well and took medical history and asked relevant questions. Explained the situation with my teeth as they were healthy. Gave advice on how to keep my teeth healthy and improve oral health.

Great experience
Came for a check up after several years as I had a bad experience previously. Inshra was lovely, made me feel comfortable and gave great advice. She spoke about the next steps and appointments that I will need to fix any problems I have. She calmed my nerves and made me feel less anxious, looking forward to getting my treatments done by her.

Excellent
Everything was fine although I was unable to have my tooth extracted as I had an appointment with an oral surgeon. This was disappointing as I am not comfortable with dentists but Sarah does her utmost to keep me calm and reassure me. I had prepared myself to have the extraction and now I don't know how long I will have to wait.

Tooth extraction
My 81 year old mum was really nervous but dentist was so good, he took it out in 5 minutes which her own dentist couldn’t.

Appointment delayed
I have been going here for some time now and I can’t say I’ve ever had an appointment that’s been on schedule. This is a problem as I take time out of work and they’re hardly ever on time. However; if me as a patient was late, I would have had to reschedule.

Hello, thank you for your review. We are a predominantly NHS practice, which means we tend to get a lot of emergencies throughout the day. As you can appreciate, dentists are on a tight schedule with the amount of time they get for emergency appointments and in most cases it can take longer than 10/15 minutes for the dentists to deal with patients in pain. We do have posters around the building stating there could be a wait time. We do try out best as a practice to ensure all our patients are seen on time, however this does not always happen. Sorry for any inconvenience caused. We hope your experiences in the future is better. :)

The waiting list to see this dentist is approx 6 months, thats how long I waitied for an urgent referral from my dentist, and I had to ring them and chase it up.

Damage to front tooth
Rang for emergency appointment at 8.30 as tooth damaged and catching lip also it made it difficult to bite anything without further damage. Got a cancellation for same morning and tooth fixed, also had check up as it was due in a couple of weeks. The dentist asked after my family, she remembered I'd mentioned a 100 year old aunt previously which is a lovely personal touch.
