Very understanding and approachable
I managed to crack a tooth and the dentist managed to remove the shard without an injection. Both staff were really understanding of my fears and put me at ease. I was in and out within 5 mins.

Wisdom tooth removal
All the healthcare professionals did a great a job and were very helpful and caring throughout and after the appointment. My concerns and questions were well listened to and as for my healing after the surgery, I feel that I am doing much better than my previous extraction elsewhere.

Very professional
Was referred by my dentist as I had a tricky tooth extraction, dentist was professional and explained the procedure well. Dental nurse was extremely helpful and thoughtful.

My appointment was with Ms Shetty. I am so happy with the way Ms Shetty deals with me as i have a huge phobia of attending the dental practice. As soon as i enter my heart begins to beat so fast. Ms Shetty is aware of my phobia and as a result always puts me at ease explaining all the procedure along the way. Knowing all of my appointments are with Ms Shetty puts me at ease greatly. Filling
I was booked for 2 fillings, I have anxiety due to childhood experiences, the dentist refused to out the numbing gel, his reason was we do not use it. I told him my experience but wasn’t bothered, I said I will purchase the numbing gel myself and he said yeh sure. This isn't good enough as I pay for my treatment, I have no choice in leaving the practice as it's really hard to find a dentist these days. The dentist should understand, so I said I will try to get the fillings done without the anaesthetic.

Brilliant, Friendly and Professional Team
Amazed by how quickly everything was done, from making my initial appointment to having my new teeth fitted and all work done. Within ten days is incredible. No waiting around, appointments were almost to the minute. The staff here are such lovely people, always friendly, polite, you can have a good laugh with them and yes…. They're always smiling! Reception ladies are absolutely fantastic, and anyone wanting to see how first class customer service is done, then come see these girls as they have it spot on! I can only praise this practice. On other points, the practice is spotlessly clean and parking right outside. Easy to fill in documents online so you’re not wasting time in the practice too. Thank you for making me smile again. 10 stars!!

I was seen 35 minutes late but i think this is often is case with busy clinics. My dentist did apologise for the wait and was very informative and polite.
