Extremely polite, friendly

There are a few things but the 2 things which stood out for me are my dentists (Sarah Kingston) and all the staffs concern for my mobility. Without me even having to ask them, they now see me on the ground floor to make it easier and safer for me. All the staff who have dealt with me are all extremely polite, friendly and professional which makes a huge difference to my social anxiety. On one occasion in the past when I was overly anxious following my mothers passing, my dentists (Sarah Kingston) gentle nature helped calm me and since then I always ask to be seen by Sarah.

Relaxed and at ease

The dentist told me about the procedure he was going to perform, and it went as he explained quickly and efficiently. I felt relaxed and at ease after my bad experience at another dentist.

After having my teeth out I was rushed straight out, I didn't get told about any aftercare, what is recommended when the pain starts what to look out for etc. I was told nothing and now I have an infected mouth and haven't been able to eat or get rid of the pain for 2 weeks and no follow-up appointment was made.

Understanding of my fears

The lady on reception was very friendly and welcoming when I walked in. I have a phobia of the dentist, and every time I attend my appointments, the dentist doctor always puts me at ease and takes things slowly. She constantly tells me what the procedure will entail and reassures me throughout, which is very comforting. During my last visit, both the dentist and the dental nurse assistant were very good and understanding of my fears and I thank them for that.

Filling between my two front teeth
