Greeted politely and in a friendly, welcoming manner. The dental surgeon was professional and efficient, explaining all that was necessary. The reception was clean and free of clutter without looking unnecessarily clinical. The surgeon's area was functional and clean. My visit was unhurried but did not feel rushed or pressurised. Most satisfactory.
