I was very scared to have my tooth out but to be honest didn't even feel the pressure apart from the prick of the injection. The dentist was very light handed and I am very pleased the pain has gone. The staff were very polite and helpful, overall, I am satisfied, thanks to everybody

My dentist, Roopasharee, recommended I book a hygienist appointment for a deep clean, and I have to admit, I was a bit hesitant at first. But I'm so glad I pushed past my concerns and went for it! From the moment I walked in, I was supported by the helpful admin staff, who were friendly and efficient in getting me settled in.
What I appreciate most about Dr. Roopasharee is that she truly understands my health concerns and takes the time to guide me through any symptoms I may have. Her approach is always patient-centered, and I feel confident in her care.
Farshea Khan, the hygienist, was amazing, and the experience was far more comfortable than I expected. To be honest, my teeth were in a bit of a state - the stains were very bad, and I was worried about how they'd look after the clean. But she did an incredible job, leaving me with beautiful teeth and a smile I'm proud to show off. Her expertise and attention to detail were impressive, and I felt confident in the care I received. I was truly, truly amazed with the clean - my teeth came out looking spotless! It was like a whole new smile.
What really stood out to me, though, was her exceptional care and concern for my comfort. Throughout the appointment, she kept checking in with me, asking if I was okay and if everything was going smoothly. It was clear that she prioritised my well-being and wanted to ensure I felt relaxed and at ease.
I also appreciated the thoughtful observation of Farshea's assistant, who noticed me struggling with pain whilst walking and suggested that next time, they would accommodate me in a room that would be easier for me to access. It was such a small gesture, but it spoke volumes about the practice's commitment to patient care and accessibility.
We also had a wonderful conversation about holistic health and its impact on gum health. Farshea was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and genuinely passionate about helping patients understand the connection between overall health and oral wellness. Her insights and recommendations were invaluable, and I appreciated her holistic approach to care.
Overall, it was the best experience I've ever had at a hygienist appointment. I would highly recommend Farshea Khan to anyone looking for exceptional care and a positive experience. I had an extraction booked, was very nervous and high anxiety, but I was put at ease and worked on the tooth with the least pain.

The surgeon who extracted my wisdom tooth did a fantastic job. He was quick, no complications, and I didn’t feel any pain.
I was good to go home straight after.

Just want to say Roopa is a one of a kind dentist, she is very caring and very compassionate to her patients. She accommodates to make every patient feel welcome and especially for older aged patients who have medical needs. She’s a credit to your dental surgery.

As always, at my appointment today, I was treated with the utmost respect and professionalism by my dentist Sarah Kingsley. Sarah greeted me with a wonderful and welcoming smile and offered me advice on a problem I raised about my tooth. Sarah also praised me for taking care of my teeth, which is reassuring to hear.
At the beginning of my appointment, I had a slight cough and was a little breathless and Sarah offered to get me some water to make me feel comfortable. In my experience, not many professionals have the thoughtfulness to do this.
Not only does Sarah make me feel like a valued patient, but she also makes me feel valued as a person which means a lot to me. Thank you Sarah.
