Appointment was changed close to the date despite being booked months ago, on arrival I was told everything running behind so I would be seen about 30 minutes late

Firstly, I would like to apologies for you first appointment being cancelled, in regards to your second appointment running late, again, we would like to apologize for this, however, sometimes, we do have emergency appointments or patients do require more complex treatment. Patient and reassuring manner

Everybody at Northgate is pleasant and friendly, the place is clean and fresh and I have absolute confidence in Jason, my dentist, who gets on with the job in a calm, patient and reassuring manner. It is a pleasure to go to see him and his assistant. I feel very fortunate to have such a great dentist, and on my doorstep.

All staff friendly and helpful

20 min delay on appointment time but no great shakes, all staff friendly and helpful. Dentist attentive during treatment and responded to my queries or request for advice.
