Not for the first time I’ve had an early morning appt (9am) and been subject to a long delay when you take into account you only opened at 8.30am. There was no communication from staff to say they were running late or to apologise for the delay.
I cannot fault the dentist once I was seen though.

My experience
I had to wait 25 mins after my appointment time before I was seen, I wasn’t happy and only got told by the receptionist when I eventually asked that the dentist was running late.
