Northgate Dental Practice
My first trip to a dentist in over 25 years due to past experiences and work commitments travelling around the North of England. Found the dentist very reassuring and my treatment over two appointments, an extraction and two fillings, all pain free. Would have scored five stars as far as the dental side concerned. Found the system at reception when paying for treatment frustrating and by comparison to the dental treatment itself time consuming.

Huma is always polite, friendly, explaining what she is doing, checking your ok and is very helpful.

The reception staff are lovely, as someone who is nervous attending the dentist, this is really important. Mr Cheetham has been my dentist for several years now & whilst I will never be happy to attend the dentist, he makes it manageable.

After having a 'not so good' short term dentist who was never on time, the lovely Kinneri has arrived. Her seatside manner is lovely, she's very informative and removed my wisdom tooth. Granted it was a bit traumatic, which tooth removal isn't? But she did it and mopped my brow afterwards and my tears. She maybe newly qualified but she is ultra professional and very friendly, putting me at ease instantly. Don't be put off by dentists ask for Kinneri!
