Explained everything clearly
Dr. Parvais is amazing! I've always been nervous about going to the dentist, but Dr. Parvais and her team made me feel so comfortable. She explained everything clearly, and the procedure was painless. My teeth feel great, and I'm actually looking forward to my next visit!

My experience
Long standing customer fitted me in on an emergency appointment due to cracked crown, discussed short term and long term solutions, but looking for guidance but not forthcoming as away next week. Took temporary refitting teeth and having plate made but looking for a permanent fix after holiday.
I know paying double for treatment but who wants a holiday with no front teeth?
For the record temporary repair failed after 3 hours had nothing to eat, only cups of tea as hopefully they would last until next week

Considerate & caring
Excellent service, by my lovely dentist, who explained everything she was doing & was considerate & caring throughout…..The dental nurse was so good too!

Northgate Dental Practice
Dentist nice and polite and put me at my ease ...but I think you should put on reminders of appointments that it's card only because I only had cash on me and as the banksclose at 3.30 I had no chance getting there. Managed to pay it in at the PO and phoned my payment over but a reminder on my appointment email would have been good! Otherwise all good

Really pleased with the service I got from Northgate Dental Practice. Had a tooth added to my plate. Left it one day and picked up the next, so not without it too long.
