Appointment
I found the dentist to be very friendly and engaging. She took time to look into my records to answer my questions.
This was in contrast to the contact I had from the receptionist. I found the receptionist to be stern and unhelpful.
I don’t feel comfortable documenting this, however if it will help other people’s initial experience with the practice, then it will have a positive outcome

Explains treatments and opinions
The new male receptionist was great. Polite, pleasant, patient, helpful and engaging with all clients. My dentist, Jessica Nazareth, is always welcoming. Always explains treatments and opinions and lets you decide what you want to do. Never tries to persuade you or tell you what you need to do. She is excellent.

Having had my biannual check-up I can say it went well. I was seen to in a efficient & prompt manner. After my teeth inspection I had a teeth clean procedure this appeared more lengthy & thorough than previous visits which I was pleased about. Standards appear to be maintained if not raised somewhat.
