Caring and reassuring
The dentist Alisha was the most kind, caring dentist I have had in many years. She was reassuring and explained things well, and had such a personable interaction. I am terrified of dentists after a very negative experience in my 20's but she made the treatment today not as bad as I anticipated. Thank you

Today, I went to the dentist for my six monthly checkup appointment. I am a full-time Wheelchair user and I use a powered Wheelchair. This is the only dentist I can access for miles around.
They have ramps to help me get into the Practice and the staff are always incredibly kind and helpful.
Today, my dentist was lovely. She was Patient and adjusted the chair so that I could transfer easily. She went through all of my my needs and was incredibly helpful.

My experience
Reception staff friendly and apologised for the delay of about 15 mins.
Dentist seemed to rush through the check up, said my gums were same as last x-ray but didn't do a current x-ray to compare which confused me. To be honest I didn't feel very confident in the thoroughness of my check up.
