My appointment yesterday at Northgate Dental Practice was very good as usual. I am talking about reception and my dentist Alicha. Arriving at reception Katie was extremely helpful and professional. Someone in their wisdom had introduced a new system for signing in so I needed it explaining. Not only had this been introduced but I had spent hours the day before filling in two forms on line which had to be submitted before my appointment. This also applied to my husband. Reception and waiting area unfortunately had reverted back to the 'clinical look' after nearly three years of a beautiful friendly area with a vase of flowers and TV playing softly. Such a calming atmosphere. Whoever is responsible need to think again.

I am an anxious patient for dentists, very bad. I see the same person who has built a relationship up with me enough that I put my trust in her. She moves at my level and time, never pushing but letting me be in control and for that I am eternally grateful. Would recommend this practice to anyone like me or just needs a good reliable and excellent practice.
