Check up

I came for a deep clean which was for 20 minutes at 2pm today, obviously as you are shut until 2pm I wasn’t in until just after 2 and was told I would have to have my teeth and gums checked to see how they would react to the clean. This in the past was a check up which doesn’t seem to happen any more, the clean then started, I was told to raise my left hand if I wanted this to stop, I found the whole process very painful and did hold my my hand up so it was stopped and I was offered to be numbed which I didn’t want, so it was carried on. I wasn’t told it was finished except the chair was raised, there was no communication from either the dentist or assistant, no advice, and absolutely no empathy. I did mention to the reception how disappointed I was and was offered to speak to someone which in hindsight I wish I had. I had parked in Tescos car park and was back at my car by 2.17. It was a really unpleasant experience and totally get they are my teeth and my issue but feel there could have been a bit more conversation and advice, maybe if I need this again I could see the hygienist but this was never offered.

Very pleasant and friendly staff. Not kept waiting long. My dentist was super, she kept me informed all the way through and gave me the choice of the way things were done. I felt very relaxed which made it a positive experience.

They managed to fit me in at very short notice, I am extremely grateful. Always kind and considerate.

The reception staff were both friendly and efficient, I needed a small filling, which they managed to fit on on the same day... always a relief when you are a nervous patient. My dentist, Michelle dealt with the process kindly and without fuss, there was no pain, the best filling I've ever had!!

Brilliant result albeit taken some time and has been a bit of a saga but the crown fitted today looks fabulous, thank you Kat and Ihsaan Khan and Carl for keeping up the communication, very professional

Very professional reception staff and dentist.

Very friendly staff, spoke to roughly 5 members and all were lovely. Went above and beyond with the kids which really helped.

The receptionist was polite. The Dentist and her Assistant were both attentive. The Dentist talked me through everything that she was doing eg X-rays taken and teeth cleaned, gums checked and advised most effective way to brush my teeth. Excellent service was received.

Everything went ok, apart from the wait, but it was nice to see reception all refreshed and more welcoming.

I only had to wait a short time to be seen. The dentist was very efficient. Small amount of plaque which she removed. In and out in 10 minutes. 5 stars.

Maybe you should change the practise name to Overcharge & Undertreat. Good luck now you're with being investigated. clearly the Good staff tyrannised into remaining quiet by greedy dentist?

The whole experience was very satisfying. The staff, from the receptionist to the dentist were extremely helpful and friendly, as I have repeatedly found over the many years that I have been a patient. Thank you all!
