My experience
The lady receptionist I must say was very helpful, polite and understanding. The dentist hygienist unfortunately was not. I felt upset when I came out after my treatment, I felt the attitude towards me was not how I expected. I know we all have bad days. She came across quite abruptly when I asked questions, I wanted to make sure the treatment was right for me. I don't want treatment by this lady again it was uncomfortable. I don't usually complain and have been coming to the practice a lot of years. I don't want to take this matter any further I just wanted to inform you. Thank you.
