Excellent service. Popped in at 8.30am to try get an emergency app as I had broken my tooth and had toothache. Got an app at 11.50am and tooth all fixed by 12 noon , no more pain. Highly recommend 🦷

Lovely practise. I have been coming to this practise for over 20 years now. Fantastic customer service the staff are all so lovely and professional and well trained & understanding of patients needs. Katie today delivered amazing customer service and patient care to me. Made me feel very reassured and comfortable leading up to my next appointment. Overall, I would highly recommend this practise to my friends and family. Especially Mano and Adele. 🙏🏻

My experience

My appointment was for 9.20. I arrived at 9.15 and registered with reception, when a lady was called into the surgery who arrived 20 minutes after me was called into see the dentist who had 9.40 appointment I asked why this had occurred the receptionist asked the dental nurse who told her I was to be the next. When I saw the dentist at 9.55 I expressed my concern about this I was told I hadn’t been booked in on the system which was not a credible explanation when the dentist had a 20 minute gap between her last patient and the lady was seen at 9.50.

My experience

I felt that the inspection of my teeth was not up to the usual standard. In fact more time was taken in answering a lot of questions. I did ask if the dentist was going to examine my teeth for any decay or not and was told that she had done that during a very quick visual check with a mirror. The appointment lasted less than five minutes. A very disappointing poor visit.
