Poor service and attitude, claimed a procedure under NHS would have to wait 4 years but can do it straight away if we pay private, profiteering at its best.

The dentist was excellent

Just like to say the dentist was excellent and very thorough, she gave me very good advice on all aspects of my teeth and oral hygiene. The dental nurse was also very polite and efficient.

The Asian Guy in reception was absolutely outstanding, very polite and well organized.
He was busy with 4 customers when I came out but not flustered and the same degree of enthusiasm for the role.
This is Groundbreaking for Northgate as in the past people were met by somewhat miserable mature ladies who put up major barriers and caused confrontation where ever they could.
The dentist was just OK, nothing special.

Treated kindly & with respect

I've always been treated kindly & with respect by your lovely staff. I realise we have to 'move with the times' and automate signing in & keep you informed about medications. Not a problem for me. But some elderly people will definitely struggle. The staff, I noticed, were helping people with this. Sorry to be a grump, but I feel the friendly atmosphere is slowly diminishing.
