Approachable and empathetic
I have been seen consistently by my dentist here for over 20 years. My experience with her is that she is professional, approachable and empathetic. I hope she never leaves whilst I need dental care.

My experience
Dental hygienist appointment very good. However, once again I spent more time at the reception trying to sort out what I owed. In the end advised by staff they would get back in touch to advise what I owed. This has happened on at least 3 occasions now and is infuriating.

My experience
The entire process was exceptionally transactional and focussed almost exclusively on commerce.
I was told the cost of everything before I had been given any opportunity to digest what the actual inspection of teeth had provided.
I was given advice around diet, snacks and alcohol (I don’t drink alcohol) before I had even sat down.
I would advise that the team are exposed to a customer relations course and perhaps given some idea about understanding the audience of their own ‘advice’.
