My experience

I have been having my dental checks for years and each time I have had a polish and a scrape with no extra charge. The dentist I used today, I felt she was doing a sales pitch trying to make me do extra work for extra money. The little things make a difference and this is not my usual dentist.

We all had a good visit

I will visit was excellent today. I am a wheelchair user and when the receptionist saw me, she brought out the ramps straight away. I was into the Practice in no time. It was excellent!
We met the dentist, who was really friendly. She explained everything that was happening and she discussed the treatment options we each needed.
We all had a good visit.

Reception staff excellent. Seen on time, very efficient service. Dentist was "super efficient" almost to the point of the visit seeming very impersonal.

Charged for a clean which should have been included in the normal level 1 cost. Feel like you are ripping customers off!!
