Rang 24th to enquire about an emergency appointment for a tooth, worried as I go away next week, spoke to a lovely man, very pleasant and helpful and he managed to sort me an appointment for the following day. Saw a lovely dentist, Jessica, who explained my problem and said if no better by next week she will see me before I go away (giving me great peace of mind after having a rough 4 weeks in June with extraction filling and infections )but hopefully will be okay, fingers crossed. Excellent service today. Thank you.

Professional, caring
I attended today for my check up. Friendly, smiling staff at reception, a smiling, friendly dental nurse and Miss Kapugama is absolutely lovely. Professional, caring and always a smile. She’s wonderful.

My experience
Great experience with the dentist and waiting times were short, however this is the second time I've heard your staff openly mocking patients, when other patients are clearly within earshot in the waiting room. Appreciate working with the public is difficult but not a great patient experience to hear others being mocked, and it's not the first time I've experienced this in the waiting room. A little kindness goes a long way!

Firstly, it is great to hear that you was happy with the clinician you saw, I will happily pass this on.
However, it is sad to read that you have heard members of staff 'mocking' other patients and is something I would like further information regarding this matter please if you would be happy to do so?
Was this clinical staff (nurses) or was this reception staff? Equality and diversity one of our values and we en devour to remain that way.
