My experience
The experience was ok but I would have been happier if I’d have been seen on time. My appointment was the first and booked for 8.45 and I didn’t go into see the dentist until almost 9.10.

My experience
Receptionist extremely rude. Rolling her eyes when asked for a printed receipt and when told the next appointment had to be a certain length as requested by the dentist was told well it doesn’t say anything here! Absolutely no customer skills whatsoever.

Wonderful staff
My dentist Zeemal Riaz was fantastic at my visit today, as always she was very reassuring and helped to put me at ease during my tooth extraction, all the staff are wonderful.
