Registered at Northgate surgery just over a year ago, been perfect so far, makes my eldest daughter feel at ease on her check ups, Zeemal is great with my 1yr old, phoned for an emergency appointment at 8:30 and was given an appointment at 10am the same day, great service.

Emergency appointment
Came last week as bad toothache, x ray and booked me in for 2 fillings. Over the weekend a lot of pain, rang Tues at 9, managed to get another appt that morning, another x ray and options/advice given. Tooth pulled out, took a lot of injections to numb me, 6 or 7, finally got it out, was there about an hour. As I'm away Friday she said if any concerns to ring on Thursday.
Lovely receptionist, very pleasant helpful and caring.

Every time we visit Mano she is always so friendly and happy. She has been my dentist for years and I know she’ll always do her best for my teeth and oral health. She always remembers us and asks how we are. She’s fantastic with my autistic children.

Only down side.
Treatment cost increased 50% in 12months? is ridiculous.
Yes some increases due to cost of living is accepted but this is too much.

Amazing service
Highly recommend dental surgery. I came in for a routine check up where I was greeted by a very polite receptionist. The manager was also very helpful on this visit with any enquiries I had. Very professional & helpful dentist which made me feel comfortable and worked very efficiently.
