I'm a really nervous patient and unfortunately I cry a lot which is embarrassing but Jason and the nurse (I dont know her name) were amazing. They were really kind and Jason was empathetic and got it done as quickly and efficiently as possible for me.

A pleasant fuss-free experience
I was greeted in a friendly, professional manner on my arrival at the receptionist's desk. After a five-minute wait I was asked in to the dentist's surgery, again my check-up was performed in friendly yet professional way. Any questions I had were explained and easily understood.
Overall a pleasant fuss-free experience at the dentist.

Friendly place
I had to wait a while for my appointment but I didn't mind because the staff are really friendly and there is a tv to occupy the wait time. My dentist is super nice too and always happy to explain everything! She makes you feel very relaxed!

Dental treatments
The only thing I would say is the waiting time between visits.
I think I had a check up Oct 2023.
Appointment April for a filling, 2024.
But on the whole, service is good.
And I wasn't having any problems.
So happy to wait.
Nice bloke, always friendly and very pleasant.

Has always felt a friendly and personal service. The text reminders have been much appreciated at times. But booking appointments for work does have a long lead time (I.e. 2months). I would like the option of having teeth cleaned more regularly.

Why always changing appointments ?
I was happy to get in to see the dentist, however I was called two weeks ago to say my appt had to be put back as you were having work done in one of the rooms. This is the second time my appt has been moved for the same or similar reason and was told it would go back 2 months.! I had to keep this appt as I have an orthodontics appt next week which I need - so managed to get a quicker appt after some begging. Can’t help thinking something just ain’t right with whoever is making appts, as I say this has happened twice to me and has just happened to my wife today and she’s been out back 4 months. What is going on ?

Brilliant Practice
Was given an urgent appointment today in order to have a top denture repaired. This lovely lady got me booked in even though she wasn’t my dentist, did an impression and sent it off to the lab. She even took the time to ring them and ask for it to be ready next day. She was amazing.
