Really good service
I went for my regular check-up, arrived on time and didn't have to wait many minutes before I was seen. The ladies at the check-in desk were friendly and efficient, as was my dentist Jess. I needed further treatment and could have been seen that same afternoon but I couldn't fit it in the same day so had to arrange another appointment, which wasn't for another 2 months, although I have managed to go on the list for cancellation to be seen earlier if possible. Overall really good service.

My experience
The dentist and her assistant. The receptionist and the practice manager are awful and inept, rude and bullying in their behaviour. Now my treatment is complete I will be moving - I'm private so I have choice, the receptionist sorted in derision at that. Northgate is old and outdated in a town with an aging population, but is up and coming your surgery reminds me of something from the 70s you take your customers for granted.

Hi Mr Roberts, thank you for the feedback and we take this as a learning curve. Of course, we do try and approach any issues appropriately and professionally at all times. However, what you have failed to mention is the attitude, rudeness and the intimidation you provided towards my staff in practice along with refusal of payment prior to booking with us. We do stick to our policies at all times. Alongside the comment of been a dated practice with an 'ageing' population, these are long standing, loyal and well respected patients as are others and we wish you luck in finding a practice that can fulfill and meet your requirements.
