Makes you feel it ease and everyone is always really nice. I am rather scared of the dentist but I do always go and I find them really helpful and kind.

My experience

Found the dentist to be extremely dismissive, lacking any sort of patient care.
Staff on reception, the young man was very attentive, the older lady rude, barely made eye contact with me or my 5 year old.

Mano is the best dentist I have ever had. She is a lovely caring professional lady who always makes me feel at ease. Can't rate her highly enough. Her assistant was lovely too. Would have no hesitation in recommending Northgate Dental Practice.

This dental practice was super friendly and the receptionists were really lovely, giving you an instant positive feel for the place. It was my first time visiting and the dental nurse was incredibly helpful, really friendly and very polite! It was a really quick and easy visit, and my experience was a full 5 stars. I was in need of emergency treatment as an NHS patient. I got an appointment with my dentist, Miss Kapugama, on the same day. In her usual professional, personable and caring way she provided that emergency treatment without fuss and with great efficiency. The treatment worked and continues to do so.
