I had my check-up and my teeth were cleaned, felt rushed and the procedure hurt my gums are bruised and my teeth are really sensitive.

Northgate Dental Practice
The first receptionist did not greet me at all. I told her my name and the first words spoken to me by her were “sign here”, she didn’t explain what I was signing for! However the second receptionist was completely different, she called me by my name, explaining everything as we went along. She smiled a lot and was very obliging when making the appointments I needed.

My experience
My appointment was 10.45 am unfortunately they were running 16/20 minutes late. However I had to wait nearly 40 minutes to see the dentist.
Apology accepted, had a couple of X-rays and booked a new appointment for a free filling, as inside 12 months. Also booked and paid £25 deposit to see the hygienist- which seemed quite expensive.
