My experience

Reception team, excellent. Dentist needs to watch his timing. There wasn’t an emergency so a 20 minute delay was unacceptable. Added to this confusion on where and who dispenses products? If the patient was 20 minutes late would they have been seen??

The dentist kept me informed

I had little time to wait before being seen and the dentist quickly went through the preliminaries and carried out the dental work speedily and without too much pain. The dentist kept me informed all the way through.

Dentist was friendly

Got an emergency appointment on the day I rang and had the issue dealt with on the same day, no extra coming back for treatment on a later date. The dentist was friendly and talked to me throughout checking I was ok.
