Great experience

Lovely polite reception staff (great courtesy reminder on the day before too). Experience in the dentist was great, calm and friendly atmosphere with very knowledgeable and professional dentists who explain things very well.

Care for me as a patient

The thing that stood out the most is the care for me as a patient and I wasn't rushed out of the practice for other appointments, I had a tooth out and the dentist wouldn't let me leave until she was sure the bleeding had stopped and I was ok.

The dentist is patient and takes time to explain things to me. She is very kind and listens. Receptionists are very helpful too.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. Phoned in on 11th sept for an emergency appointment as I had a broken tooth. Booked me in on the same for 11.45am and got me seen and sorted. Dawn on reception was so helpful, really really pleased with the service. And that's why we as a family are registered here.
